Fast & Efficient always!!!!!! Sometimes I get upset hours after they left and I find that an area was dusted, but not the items ON the area. That is my biggest complaint and it doesn't happen often.
I also pay you to clean my son's condo. I have the same dusting concern, but in addition there are whole pieces of furniture that are not dusted. Since I only see the after results, I feel bad complaining because I'm not there to request that certain things be done. I'm not thrilled with his bath cleaning either. But overall, I'm happy that his kitchen and rugs are clean and we can work from there in the future.
I love coming home to clean house that I didnt have to clean! Lol

I don't know how they get my shower/tub so clean! I'd hire them back just for that! Though the rest of the house does look wonderful!
Pretty much everything! I have used you 3 times this year and the results have always been wonderful. The only downside is that all 3 times there has not been anyone on the cleaning team that had a reliable understanding or speaking capabilities of English and a couple of things got "lost in translation". Minor, but sort of frustrating.

Love the products, and adore the ladies who make every effort to do everything I ask. They are friendly and considerate and work very hard to make things clean and shiny at my house. I have some concerns about the work done at my son's condo, but I deal with that later.
