The two cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning. They were detailed, and reached areas we hadn’t even thought of. They were punctual, friendly, and communicated well. We look forward to their return, which for some unknown reason has yet to be scheduled.

My one complaint is with the main office. The cleaners broke the main heating element in our toaster oven, which we understand (these things happen), but the main office is dragging their feet in terms of resolving. It cost me $207 to replace with the identical model. It took three days for my phone call to be returned (calls were returned much faster before I officially signed up), and Eileen said she lacked the authority to provide me a credit !?!? Any reasonable company grants their primary customer contact person with the ability and flexibility to do what is necessary (within reason) to meet customer expectations. I don’t necessarily blame Eileen, as I understand that she is adhering to policy set by someone else, but it makes me question how long this will last. Thank you.

I don't know the products. I was not introduced to them. However, my appliances and my concrete floors look great. Staff did a very thorough job.

Love the services, altho because we often have different sets of cleaners coming to the house, there is variation in thoroughness and cleaning "in the corners." Otherwise, the products used are fine by me and not so "aromatic" that overpower one when coming back into the house.

They do a great job and are professional. Love my home when Merry Maids have finished.
