Wonderful friendly people who do a great job. When they are done my house is clean and smells clean without any overpowering chemical smell. The company sends enough people to get the requested job done in a reasonable amount of time.

I hired Merry Maids 6 months out from my wedding that was being hosted my family friends. I spoke many times with Eileen, and she was very accommodating and understanding when I had specific requests or concerns.The hosts of the wedding live on a farm, and have animals that shed, so I was sure to preface that before they came. The team she sent was fantastic- and the home owners were blown away by how clean their home felt; so much so that they plan on hiring Merry Maids as their new Go-To house cleaners.

I am always impressed with the cheerful people who come to help keep my home neat and clean. The products seem good altho, because some of my fixtures are old/antique, cleaning products have the potential to harm the brass. Usually, the cleaners are judicious with the products.

At the last cleaning, one of my lamps was broken and the cleaners said to contact the office and I would get reimbursed OR would get a new lamp. I would like to know the process to secure a new lamp.

Always ontime

We very much like the security of bonded house cleaners like Merry Maids. Eileen Jungwirth who manages the teams is easy to work with and very professional. We also like the fact that they do work in teams so are in our house for less time overall.

The workers did a great job overall! The only thing they missed was the dishes in the kitchen sink and they took off the decorative pillow shams on the master bed and put them in the wash.
I look forward to having them back again.
