Everything looked WONDERFUL. This was a move out deep deep clean and I more than happy with the work that was done and the cost was fair for the amount of work and the difficulty of some of it.

They used something to polish wood. It smells really good and the wood looks nice.

Merry maids staff are timely - they show up when scheduled and are quick and thorough. My home is always very clean and ready after each visit.

Happy with service as the Maids were prompt, worked rapidly and efficiently, however, were not aware that appliances and windows were NOT included in price quote. The Maid did clean the sliding glass door to porch which was smeared by my cat.

Asked them not to continue other appliances after noticing Maid had already started cleaning stop top grills and crumb tray on Toaster oven which were messes. Was happy about this extra treat!

No lingering odors from cleaning products.

I had to buy Dawn soap to use on cork floor. It was recommended not to use Murphys soap on cork floor. Floors were very dirty with sheet rock dust and girls had to come back to redo floor. Much better after second wash with Dawn. Also we have no hot water yet. Things were well dusted. It is a remodel site getting ready for move in.
