I love the "hello" ritual we go thru when the cleaners arrive. If we see each other before they enter my home, I wave to them, they wave back, and I welcome them in.

The fact that the cleaners come prepared with all the supplies needed to clean my home is a great help to me and is one less thing for me to keep in my home or remember to buy when supply is low.

Generally, my furnishings and items are treated respectfully and, in the case of rare breakage, Merry Maids has reimbursed me for the item.

Lastly, the cleaners are really good about vacuuming under couch and chair cushions, reaching out of the way places where dust accumulates, moving furniture to get at corners, etc. In sum, they do a thorough and adequate job!

Always a job well done

I like the particular crew who normally cleans my house, however, when a different crew shows up I do have some problems. I need the cleaners to speak English so I can convey what I want done. Also, a new cleaner who did not speak English in November used harsh chemicals and permanently damaged our bathroom fixtures.
I have instructed the cleaners not to stand on my antique furniture but a new person did stand on my chair to reach a high shelf. Also, I wish he cleaners would remove their shoes while in the house.

Very efficient and always concentrate on the things that we ask them to. It’s always a good day when I come home after they have been there.

The folks who come to our house to clean are very friendly and respectful of our space. The products seem fine and the house doesn't smell like a hospital when the folks are gone! That's a good thing.

Also, I like that the chemicals used are not harsh and ammonia smelling. I provide the BONA Hardwood floor cleaning spray.

I was more than pleased with the fabulous job the team did at my house! I still marvel at their knowledge of how to handle the hard water stains that have been my nemsis since I moved "to a house with a well".
