Scent of cleaning products is not over powering. I'm thrilled that my sofa and loveseat are vacuumed.
As expressed before, I continue to appreciate the competent work of Linda who is fast, smart and delightful to have in the house (and our greyhound loves her because she brings him milkbones). I like being able to adjust my cleaning days due occasional out-of-town trips or scheduled parties.
Keri cleans my home every 2 weeks, and is very meticulous in her work, while going above and beyond. I love having my home clean for the weekend. My husband and son look forward to a clean home as much as I do. Having Merry Maids is one thing I do regularly to bless my home and family. --Shirley

Having the same person really helps as she knows my house. Also, it is very clean and picked up so when I come home it is nice and relaxing.
I am extremely happy with Linda, my regular cleaning person. I would like to see improvement with communication between the office staff and the customer. Also, the presence of a person in charge of the office, like in the past, could also use some improvement. It is nice to hear from that person more frequently than has been happening over the past year, or so. I have been a customer with Merry Maids for over 15 years and understand what works best regarding customer relations.

For the most part I am pleased with the services of Merry Maids. I have had several ladies do the cleaning and all were good but Keri who is here most of the time is absolutely excellent. So excellent in fact that I've asked that she be my regular Merry Maid.
Reliability & fact I usually have the same person assigned to my house. Also like reminder calls & calls to arrange changes.

Linda Mattson who cleans for us is thorough, reliable, smart, quick and good spirited. How can you beat that? I also like being able to adjust our schedule when we have special party events or need to be out-of-town.
I really liked that Merry Maids made sure my house was ready for my son's birthday party. If something wasn't up to snuff, they came back and fixed it! Heidi (our sales rep) was awesome and made us feel important.
What has impressed me most is the flexibility Merrymaids has shown in accommodating my schedule on rather short notice! The work is always done well. All of the Merrymaids have been very pleasant & polite. We are extremely pleased with Merrymaids in all respects!
