Since we are home she always has a happy greeting for us, and asks about our family before starting work. reliable and consistent

Since we are sometimes out-of-town and need to cancel cleanings, and sometimes have parties that require extra cleaning days, I like the flexibility in scheduling cleaning days.

Most especially I like Linda who is efficient, smart, quick, friendly, and professional. I always know I can count on her to do a good job. It's a pleasure to have her in the house. Since Katy's left, Kim has frequently worked with Linda and she is very good, too. I MUCH prefer having a team of two work together rather than just one person.

Merry Maids are very dependable, and professional. I am unable to clean my home due to health problems, and am thankful that I don't have to be ashamed of my house when people drop in. Before Merry Maids started cleaning for me I hated for people to come into my home. The smell of some products bother us and don't do the job; but this is not the case with the products the Merry Maids use. They have given us excellent service, and when we have guest they comment on how clean our house is. We always tell them it is because we employ the services of the Merry Maids. I would like to add they are always friendly and have smiles on their faces.

Special attention from management when needed.

Particularly important is the ability to change cleaning schedules when necessary -- e.g.,when we are out-of-town or are entertaining. I continue to appreciate Linda's energy, thoroughness, and friendly professionalism. I miss, however, having a team of two clean, since it made cleaning time not only faster but cheerier.
