The products are reliable and many leave a lovely sheen on surfaces. I like having a regular cleaner assigned to do my house and I've had the same person, Sarah, for nearly a year now.

Linda and the new Rachel did an amazing job cleaning our home today! Linda has been our primary home cleaner for sometime now. I can't say enough good not only about her work but also her positive and amazing attitude. You and we are so fortunate to have her!

I like the girls, all very nice; I like having clean shower doors, but I wish you could find a product that would eliminate the mold around the bottom of my shower.

Your prices are very reasonable. I love that the products you use are environmentally friendly. My home looked and smelled great after your first visit. I wish I had contacted you years ago! Current new changes in the way the business is conducted and handled looks to us to bring a renewed positive out look to what was a declining quality of work. We were at the point of cancelling our regular scheduled house cleanings when we were approached with a refreshing positive correction in the quality of the cleanings. If we continue to see this new attitude and this new standard of house cleaning, we will continue paying for regular scheduled service. Over time and repeated cleanings show us if this quality will continue to be a permanent way of doing business and will keep us as customers of Merry Maids. We think the approach is great and positive and the improvement is wholeheartedly welcomed but staying the course over time is needed for proof to be sure this is not a flash in the pan. My wife and I think this is real, positive and lasting, but the proof is in the pudding.

The cleanings have always been very professional. Over the last 6 years, we have had to swtch cleaners two times. Although transition is never easy, they made it personal to my mother and that is why she is still with the company today.
