Overall the service is great. The house is very clean after each cleaning and it's at a good price. I would appreciate more digital communication and a way to manage my account from there. I'd love to get a text alert the morning of a cleaning to know a general timeframe.

Neat working, know what to do and efficient
It's the particular PERSON that I like overall. She gets a lot done in 2 hours and sometimes in less than 2 hours. I also don't worry about my items being stolen or missing or broken. So far, I have never felt the housekeeper was "pretending" to work/clean out of my view just to pass the time. She usually tells me if she is finishing up early and asks if there is anything else I would like her to do to fill up my allotted time.
The service is only as good as the person being sent to do the housecleaning. Each person has different personalities and has their own way of doing things. I think as long as the housekeeper and homeowner connect pretty well and understand each other with what the homeowner would like, everything is great.
