Linda is the greatest! Office communication and customer service from the office end needs improvement. An occasional appreciation shown to long time customers would be nice, ie. a discounted cleaning now and then. Has happened once in the approx. 15 yrs I have been a faithful customer. Give back to your customers now and then.

As noted before, I like the flexibility in scheduling, and I like Linda, our key cleaner, who is quick, competent, smart and friendly.
I like being able to have a clean home without giving up any of the volunteer events I do. The maids do a good job of cleaning and the products used seem to keep things cleaner that products I buy in the store.
