The maids were courteous, but quick, and my place was left smelling wonderful.

I have had Ronnie for the last little while and she is very good. On the last visit, I had to take a telephone call in the other room. While I was gone she did my office so I did not have to stop what I was doing for her to clean my office. She is cheerful and asked if there was anything I needed that was above and beyond her usual cleaning.

After my surgery in 2014 I signed up with Merry Maids. Now we are going into our fourth year and through out this time our cleaning lady has always been prompt, courteous and thorough.
Now that I am getting older, having her has allowed me to pursue other interests (ie, gardening, reading, etc.). Some may call this selfish but I call it my personal freedom. Thank you Merry Maids!

Friendly, thorough..

Our cleaners were great! The house looked and smelled amazing. I would love to know that kind of cleaner was used on the wood as it was perfectly clean with no residue. Love it. I felt kind of lazying hiring a cleaning service when I am able to do it myself but this deep clean will have me coming back for monthly cleanings. I love the way my home feels.

Kim does an excellent job. I appreciate that she moves things when she dusts and doesn't just dust around an object. She is very professional.

It is wonderful to know that those things I am no longer able to do in cleaning my house are done by someone else. When there is a concern, I am assured that it will be addressed and corrected but that need is not often. I trust the people that Merry Maids sends to my house to be honest and hard working. Having used this company for over 30 years, I can't remember any time that I haven't had satisfaction in the cleaning I have received when it wasn't corrected quickly and without any further action on my part.
