They are efficient
I like my housekeeper, Daisy. Always does a good job. I never have to say, Don’t Forget To, because she remembers. I don’t know much about the products you use but I provide wipes for the leather furniture. The house always smells good. If I HAD to say a shortcoming, it would be to be more diligent on running the sweeper and check the house before you leave.
I do not do surveys. If I have a problem I will Notify you

Daisy is on time and uses the full two hours for work. When she leaves, everything has been dusted, the carpets look manicured, the tile is clean, things have been tidied and straightened and she has done whatever extra task I may have asked her to, and some I haven't. And all with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
The company vacuum she uses is the quietest I've ever heard. The cinnamon scent she uses is just great!
It is always an uplift to my spirits to know for sure that when I have scheduled help, it means the house won't need any of my help to be back to the standards I expect. Efficient people to do what I can no longer do for myself is a blessing beyond words. Thank you for your faithful, honest help.
I switched days from Monday to Thursday to get a particular cleaning lady and after being here once I never saw her again, not that there is anything wrong with your service.

I am 100% satisfied with your services. The only thing I don't like very much is the smell of
cleaner which you use for wiping blinds, etc. (perhaps all purpose cleaner). This harsh smell stays in the house for hours.
The Merry Maids work hard, are careful, and it is a joy to come home to a clean house. I know that someone will come each time. No last minutes calls to tell you that they can't make it.
