The meet the appointments they make. Always have a product for any kind of cleaning issue I maybe having that visit. The crews are friendly and willing to work with me for any differences I need that visit. If I work from home that day, they can leave my work area until the last especially if I have conference calls to be on.

I have found the persons who have cleaned my house reliable, honest and conscientious. They have worked quickly and effectively and care about doing a good job. They are always friendly, courteous and pleasant to have in the house.
It is important to me to have flexibility. I appreciate being able to notify Merry Maids ahead of time to make changes in my schedule if I will be out-of-town or will be having company that requires an irregular cleaning.

The 2 technicians that came over for my deep cleaning were awesome! They let me know what they were going to do and then at the end reviewed everything they had done. They were very friendly and worked very hard to earn my confidence. I was also happy with the smell of the products they used. I am very glad I made the choice to go with Merry Maids and I definitely want one of these two as my main technician.
