They clean the floor very well and it looks and smells so clean.
I like everything they do as I cannot do much because of my left hip and right ankle. Also they are willing to go things such as changing a lightbulb, etc. I am very happy to have the same people most of the time. They are willing to do things the way I wish it to be done instead of doing it the way the way they want to do things.
The staff that came to my home were friendly and efficient. They cleaned our house so quick and it looked amazing! They were good about asking questions and they were super sweet to our dog. We immediately felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders and were able to focus on other projects around our house that have been on the hold for monthes.

My house was cleaned and looked great. Love the service.
I've used this company now for probably around 3-4 months and things are very good with Merry Maids! This last time the lights were left on in the kitchen and dining room but otherwise the cleaning was very nicely done!
I had to reschedule a cleaning once and they were very easy to work with to get a different date so that was a nice thing. I think the only thing that I would see that could be helpful would be a 48 hour notice instead of 24 hour, but that's a personal thing b/c I have a LOT to pick up in my house before they can come clean, so 2 days would selfishly be better. Yet I understand that they work with a large clientele and have to do what's best for everyone :)
I never asked, so shouldn't have been surprised, that the cleaning didn't include the back staircase as that was included with the Cleaning Ninjas but this is two different companies so completely understand. I'm quite pleased with the work the team does at my house!

This is the best cleaning service we've ever used. Our house looks fantastic and it's such a load off our minds to have a clean house. My husband and I both have very consuming jobs. It's so nice to spend our weekends with family and friends instead of cleaning.
They did an excellent job cleaning our home before the new owners took possession. They even put stickers on the toilet paper.
Merry Maids was able to come in on fairly short notice and do an entire move out cleaning for a huge house and the women who came were absolutely incredible. Not only did the do a phenomenal job but they also entertained my toddler who wanted to hang out with them and watch. They were so friendly and made the experience comfortable. I was so grateful for the quality of work they did and definitely appreciated their service. This took so much stress off of us during our move and we would absolutely recommend them! Thank you!

The house is always very clean, which is what I would expect from this service! They do an exceptional job! I do wish there were some way to have organic and healthy products that still made the house SMELL clean, but as far as the service...AMAZING!
