The pre-notices that ensure I am ready for you as well as the thorough cleaning. I also like the fact that Teal has no issue with the cats and in fact they have responded to her in a friendly way............ this is unusual and I'm glad she has no issue with their presence. She does a good job, always invites feedback, and completes the job well.

You have brought some feeling of ORDER to my household and catch me up on organizing enough that I can go forward and get the "other" things done such as laundry, etc.

Teal is very thorough and thoughtful as she works in our home. The kids love how their rooms look and smell when we return.
