I have always liked that Merry Maids in bonded and insured (not that I have anything valuable, but it provides peace of mind). Merry Maids come the days and times when I need or want them to come. So, in-laws and overnight guests can enjoy a clean home while I host the party/holiday weekend.

In general, I feel that you are very responsive to concerns raised.

The 2 girls who came to my home were very thorough and did a great job esp cleaning my basement shower which took extra work and they did not complain one bit. This was esp appreciated.
Everything was moved where they dusted and floors were cleaned good.
Maybe one little thing -- possibly the vacuum cleaner used on the floors could have a bit more power for picking up everything and deeper better but all in all I am very happy and I AND my back thank them VERY MUCH!!!

I have recommended Merry Maids to a number of my friends. Having the same person regularly do my home means that things get done the way I like them, and we know each other's names. She even adds my cat's name to the note telling what was done that day. That is personal service.

I was THRILLED with Merry Maids! I don't know what magic they used, but those super-stubborn lime rings around the inside of my toilet are GONE. I was astonished! I'm going to need to get that secret! Thank you, Rebecca, for making my house positively gleam!

Everything! My house gets cleaned well and they work around my schedule, and my cleaning lady is very nice and professional.

They were on time. There products were very good. The young lady was very courtious. They did an amazing job on my bathroom.

I just love the thorough job they do and how they take care of my dog while they are there. Super service.

The pre-notices that ensure I am ready for you as well as the thorough cleaning. I also like the fact that Teal has no issue with the cats and in fact they have responded to her in a friendly way............ this is unusual and I'm glad she has no issue with their presence. She does a good job, always invites feedback, and completes the job well.
