I've used this company now for probably around 3-4 months and things are very good with Merry Maids! This last time the lights were left on in the kitchen and dining room but otherwise the cleaning was very nicely done!
I had to reschedule a cleaning once and they were very easy to work with to get a different date so that was a nice thing. I think the only thing that I would see that could be helpful would be a 48 hour notice instead of 24 hour, but that's a personal thing b/c I have a LOT to pick up in my house before they can come clean, so 2 days would selfishly be better. Yet I understand that they work with a large clientele and have to do what's best for everyone :)
I never asked, so shouldn't have been surprised, that the cleaning didn't include the back staircase as that was included with the Cleaning Ninjas but this is two different companies so completely understand. I'm quite pleased with the work the team does at my house!
