They are very through. This last cleaning did not go well. However Merry Maids stood by their reputation and came back to clean the room that did not meet up to standards. I am did not expect that to happen and was very pleased with the results.

The cleaners usually arrive on time. They are fast and efficient.
I'm not sure what products they use,but it seems to work.
I like to be at home when the cleaners arrive in case they have any questions.
But when only one cleaner arrives, I'm stuck at home for 3-4 hours.
The house always smells great after the team leaves. The product(s) used on the different floor surfaces makes them shine and look terrific.
For all the years there has constantly been one person in the crew doing the cleaning. With that they come and do their work and I do not have to give any directions. The house looks good when done.
