There is very good communication with the office. The schedule stays consistent and the crews arrive on time. The quality of cleaning is consistent and very good.

Two girls came to clean with all their cleaning products. The cleaning products were good and didn't leave a strong after smell. This was a very difficult house to clean. I asked them to wash the walls with a mop and I could go after to clean in the crevices if needed. Instead they cleaned with a rag which was much more time consuming and fatiguing. They were tired after 3 1/2 hours and wanted to leave. They didn't get to the living room or dining room walls or doors even though they said they did. I called Ansa and she came out to finish the job properly. She did an excellent job and I was very pleased. She went above and beyond performance that she didn't have to do. For this reason I would call Merry Maids again for a house cleaning,
