Kati is an excellent team leader. She was the first team leader that started my service. A substitute team did the work for a little over a month after that and they did not provide the same high standard service. When Kati returned it was impressive to have her remember the preferences and schedule of cleaning we discussed initially. Even though the subsequent team leader was on her crew, I assume for training, she had to be reminded of the details of the process that had been discussed on the first visit.

You guys clean things I never even see! The employees are friendly and on time.

Especially like how clean they get the bathroom and tub/shower enclosures.

First, it is wonderful that the Merry Maids people show up absolutely reliably every time as scheduled.

Second, the Merry Maids workers appear to take their work seriously; they are thorough and always do a good job of cleaning the house.

Third, all of the workers are pleasant personally.

Fourth, Merry Maids has been cleaning our house for seven years, and nothing has happened during that entire time that has prompted us to consider changing to other housecleaners.

I feel comfortable with the workers in my house. Everything was done as I expected. The house smelled so clean when I came back in after they were finished. they showed up on time and finished when they said they would be.

Have already recommended to others. They have asked what to use when cleaning the wood floors. Very accommodating.

The girls are thorough in what they do usually. They are very adaptable to any changes in our needs. I like the idea of having the same girls each time (they have a routine) and a set time every two weeks.
It is easy to recommend your services, but the price is usually a stopper to most people I talk with. Even though I explain that each house is different and surveyed/inspected before starting the service.

I like everything about Merry Maids. Everyone is super nice and easy to work with. I was getting ready to leave and they were early, which was fine. I was on the phone and told them I was going to make my bed and leave. By the time I got off of the phone they had made my bed. Now that is great service.

They are there as scheduled. They use products that are environmentally friendly. The house always smells great after they've visited.

I appreciate the fact that Lynn comes up with ideas on areas to clean and she lets me know if something is not functioning properly. I do not know the specifics of the products you use, but I am please with how my house looks after a cleaning.
