I hate to do windows!! So I called Merry Maids. They did a great job, worth every penny, they look beautiful!

Generally very good service with some missteps. On a prior visit they broke a glass coffee pot. On their most recent visit they left my door unlocked and also left an electric heater/fan on in a bathroom. If I had been away for an extended period then having an electrical fan/heater running for a long time would have cost quite a bit of money.

As I said in the survey I completed on my phone, I found Merry Maids a wonderful company with which to work. From my first contact through the cleaning, everything was handled professionally and pleasantly. I already have begun recommending Merry Maids to my friends.

Actually, our woman, Theona, is the reason. She is thorough, professional and avery nice person to have inn our home. It's not just about products but the service and the people who provide it!

Excellent communication and patience in working with the customer for their needs. Our needs are created from our age (73 yrs) and disabilities, with each of us having some diabetic neuropathy in our feet & legs. So, you could brag about working well with folks with disabilities. Dave has multiple health issues (all with pain) from his Vietnam Army Service. I have some walking imbalance.

Someone needs to explain your products because I only know the vinegar and water one. :)

Everyone that has cleaned our home is super nice and friendly, and do a fantastic job.

I like the thorough cleaning, efficiency and friendliness of each Merry Maids worker we have met. The teams work well together, and the products they use are unsurpassed. We simply cannot duplicate the shine they get out of our appliances, and while I know their products are different from the off the shelf materials we have tried, there seems to be more to it than that. I have often thought I would like to be trained in their ways, but then I remember my age and realize all that bending and twisting is for someone else now. We were fortunate enough to find Merry Maids in early 2021, and have been extremely happy with their services ever since.
