I think the products you use to clean work very well. I appreciate that whenever possible "green" products are used. The ladies who do the cleaning are respectful, work hard and get the job done.

The team that came, A & D were awesome! Super friendly and just had great positive energy. Cleaning was top notch, and they were able to get dirt/stains removed that I thought were there to stay, forever! Definitely will be requesting the same team next time.

Hard working

I hate to do windows!! So I called Merry Maids. They did a great job, worth every penny, they look beautiful!

Generally very good service with some missteps. On a prior visit they broke a glass coffee pot. On their most recent visit they left my door unlocked and also left an electric heater/fan on in a bathroom. If I had been away for an extended period then having an electrical fan/heater running for a long time would have cost quite a bit of money.

As I said in the survey I completed on my phone, I found Merry Maids a wonderful company with which to work. From my first contact through the cleaning, everything was handled professionally and pleasantly. I already have begun recommending Merry Maids to my friends.
