I loved having the two gals come over and do their “thing”. Three hours in a large house is a lot of work. They did an amazing job! Very professional. I would absolutely recommend you guys to anyone needing a good cleaning. I know that I will be calling again in the future.

Did a great job cleaning for move out of my apartment within 2 hours. Got bathtub stains out and left the place spotless.

Prompt, professional, respectful of space, pleasant. Did not disrupt placement of furnishings but did a thorough cleaning. Mindful of considerations with elderly person in the home.

No lasting odors from the stuff that you use. That's nice.

Once in a while they get in a hurry and forget to thoroughly do the dusting.

Last week the new girl forgot to vacuum the front room rug, but that's okay.

I like the fact that you bring your own cleaners and equipment. Also like the fact that there are two people working, for safety and efficiency.

Team knew what to do. They had a good working relationship. They didn’t waste time but instead kept going about the work at hand. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. The only reason I didn’t give 10 was because they didn’t turn off lights and fans in rooms they were finished in. Also a lot of objects that were not but in place after the cleaning.

The ladies that provide my cleaning and arrive on time, are efficient. They get right to work and do an excellent job, every time. They always have a happy attitude. I want to especially make reference to the ladies that have come in the last month. They have done the best job in all the time I have employed Merry Maids. I can't lavish enough praise on them.

Detailed service included cleaning small areas that are usually skipped. The floors ended up beautifully shiny and everything smelled wonderful for a long time afterward. The oven is now like new. The ladies worked hard and my home showed it! I am very happy I chose Merry Maids!
