The hard wood floors were clean. The windows were clean. The dusting I had been putting off for months was done. I was so relieved when I got home from work. A clean house is such a joy!

A very thorough job well done. My house smells nice without being "stinky." (I dislike scented products.) I have one minor complaint... a cleaner threw away a cover for a cutting tool The tool was in the dishwasher. I wish she would have checked with me before throwing it away. Fortunately it was an inexpensive utensil.

The staff is excellent in their ability to get everything so very clean, my house sparkles after they leave. The products that are used help give great results.

Standardization

Consistently good service with no smelly products. The house always looks "refreshed" when they finish.

Both Ketalie and Shelly take such pride in their work. Top to bottom each room is meticulously cleaned with appropriate equipment to do the best job. So many details (such as dusting tiny groves) are not overlooked. Everything that can be polished to a shine does.
They are extra diligent about vacuuming dog hair as we have a non-stop shedding Labrador mix. Definitely, we vacuum, too, but the powerful equipment they use makes a noticeable difference for days after they have cleaned.
An added bonus is their cheerful, professional attitude. I enjoy our brief visits and look forward to seeing them, not just because they are such super housekeepers.
We also appreciate their using products that clean efficiently but are relatively odorless.
We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Merry Maids.

I like that when I had a concern Merry Maids addressed it and made it right. That is hard to do but good business.

The ladies do a very thorough job and in a timely manner.

1. After expressing my dismay about my previous house cleaning, Amanda responded with an offer to come back out to my house and clean it for free. I felt like that was customer service above and beyond what I expected. I appreciated the response as well. A lot of companies would not have even responded to my complaint, but Merry Maids obviously believes in Customer Service.
