The team members are always professional in their dress and demeanor, efficient in every respect with regard to the cleaning they perform, ever in seemingly good spirits, and never deterred by the magnitude of the situation they encounter. What that means is that no matter how many guests may have used the guest bathroom the day before, they go about their bathroom cleaning task as if everything was normal! Moreover, when they're done, you wouldn't know anyone had ever used the facility.

The Merry Maids service did a good and complete 'spring cleaning' at my home. I feel I can recommend the service; however, I thought it was very overpriced at $110.00 an hour.

I like that the cleaners that come to my home are nice, work hard and do a great job on what I ask of them. I have two different teams that have come to my home and both were professional and did good work.

Provide flexible services

I like both the reliability and the quality of the services. Cleaners come as scheduled every time, and they always clean my home well. I love coming back into the house after the cleaners have left and seeing and smelling how clean and fresh everything is.

House always looks good and feels clean

The cleaners that come in are quick and efficient. They are courteous and professional. The products that are used do not have a chemical smell and are pleasant. The only issue is that the furniture could be dusted better.

They seemed to do a good job on the areas they could reach without moving furniture. They did miss getting the cobwebs in the skylights.

We have found that the people who do the cleaning from Skagit do a better job than when you send out a substitute group from Bellingham. The group from Skagit do a very good job, but a couple of weeks ago you sent out three ladies from Bellingham and they simply did not do as good a job. Throw rugs left up on furniture, and generally it was not as clean. I had to go around and finish putting the house back together. The Bellingham group does not work as efficiently nor do they take as good of care of our "stuff". If possible, for the future, please send the ones from Skagit.
