The ladies who did a deep cleaning of my home were so sweet and very cheerful as well as very thorough. We had a couple issues I found after they had left, but they came back and addressed my concerns for no extra charge. Lisa, who cleaned my kitchen, removed spots and stains they felt were there permanently. She and Amanda are scrubbing queens, but all of them worked very hard to restore my home to a shine and it smells so good from the products they used. My house just sparkles, and I'm very happy I did this. Highly recommend them.

My house is fresh and clean after Merry Maids has been here. Also, the nice ideas they have about creating more space or more order on the counters, shelves or most anywhere are most welcome. It's nothing obvious but their creativity always adds something. Knowing they are coming also helps me keep the house picked up better. It's a win win.

I like that after working outside all day on the girls come I can come in and the house is clean and fresh smelling, not antiseptic smelling.

The ladies are very courteous and do a wonderful job. They have been a blessing since my wife's surgery.

Thorough cleaning: job well done!

Both merry maid employees showed up on time. The house was cleaned for a move out. I had specific requests about what to clean and a specific product to be used on my hard wood floors. The employees followed those requests perfectly. The house was cleaned very well except for the skylights. I am glad the supervisor showed up to check how the cleaning was going. The supervisor cleaned the upstairs skylights and walked through the house to see how the cleaning was going . She was professional and polite to everyone. I have a comment as a first time user of merry maids. One of the women sent to our house was very nice, smiled, asked questions when appropriate and did an excellent job of cleaning. She cleaned the downstairs. I believe she was Philippino, sorry I don't remember her name. The second employee appeared irritated to be at our house working and said right off that she works better left alone, no communication needed from me. She also stated "oh great, here she is to check up on us", when the supervisor drove into our driveway. This employee cleaned the upstsirs. I let her use our step ladder because she said going up and down the stairs would take too much time. I said if there was any time left when they were done, the attached gaeage jad some cabinets that needed cleaning. She rolled her eyes and walked away. The pleasant employee said yes of course, we also wipe down hot water heater and anything needing cleaning. This was an empty house. I would highly recommend Merry Maids again. The cost is reasonable, the scheduling is easy, and I would highly recommend that a supervisor check up on the job. I wouldn't have the one employee back that acted unpleasant and irritated.
