One thing I really like about Merry Maids is that they always are very prompt in coming to our home. I don't have to worry about whether they are going to show up or not!

They start working right away and do all the work that has been designed to them in an excellent way. Plus they don't stand around talking or interrupting what my daughter and I are working on.

Efficiency and friendliness of the personnel

The house looks and smells clean when I come home. I can always tell that they have been here.

I like it that the Merry Maid cleaners come absolutely every time they are scheduled to come. I never have to wonder whether they are going to show up or not. And, once they are here, they are cheerful and do a very good job of cleaning my home. I have used paid house-cleaners since at least the mid 1980s, and Merry Maids is certainly the most reliable service I have ever used.

Our cleaning team is always so friendly and efficient. I like that they bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. The house looks and smells clean without fragrances.

The office staff is willing to work with me if rescheduling is necessary and they honored my request to have a regular team instead of different people each time.

It's all the little things done here and there!! Things not expected, but appreciated!

The house cleaners are thorough in vacuuming, dusting, cleaning counters and mirrors, even mopping off the front of the refrigerator when needed, etc. They take their work personally. I believe they clean my house as if they were cleaning their own living quarters. I love the way the house looks and feels after they have been there!

Good job! just leave all lights, doors and furniture as you found them. Yo may stack papers to make it look more organized and clear your cleaning surfaces.

The ladies are punctual, and work efficiently. I very much enjoy the quality of their work.
