staff was nice and worked hard to clean my house. sent additional cleaners in order to speed up the process. had to go over my rug with my vacuum after they left to touch it up, but otherwise it was fine.

I have arranged for Merry Maids to clean my sister's home which is out of town. The office was very helpful with information and prompt with the review of my sister's needs. In addition, I was traveling with limited cell service and different time zones and the office was very patient and helpful in getting the contract signed and the initial cleaning completed. All of my dealings with office have been very professional which I greatly respect and appreciate. Thank you!

Kat is incredible! On the couple times I have been home due to injury, she is so sweet, helpful and just an overall great young lady! I hope I'm not the messiest house but I know it can be a bit of a reck. She is patient with my dogs and the house always looks fantastic.

We like the services, especially when we get the same lady. More recently, Casheena has been our cleaning professional and we like her work ethic very much. We DO NOT like having new and/or different persons each time. We do not care to have newbies "learning the ropes" at our home.
We prefer lemon Pledge on our wood surfaces as your solutions leave a powdery residue and we like the scent of the lemons. Also, our porcelain sinks were not coming clean with your solutions, so I have the ladies use our Clorox. I have signed a form allowing the Pledge and Clorox to be used by Merry Maids.
