No harsh chemicals used

We can always depend on our scheduled day. We love that the same person comes each time. Our home smells so good after she cleans it. We love the granite cleaner, it makes our counter tops shine and feel so clean. Our toilets stay clean for weeks without building up a ring! Our beds look so professionally made up! We hate to even go to bed and mess up how pretty they look!

The cleaner does a good job of cleaning. The house sparkles when the cleaner leaves.

They arrived on time, the work was completed in the time frame they said it would be. Excellent service, the house was spotless. When they left the house was secured in the manner I requested. These ladies definitely deserve 20 stars in my opinion. I will recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned.

I do not use the most of the products your company provides. I do not feel they have a high quality clean effect, I usually provide my own products.
I do however LOVE the cinnamon spray, I only wish the scent lasted longer.
My experience has been with Brandy calling me, we have a small chat and of course she always gives me a reminder. Which is critical in my case as I may tend to forget.
I must say I have seen many good people leave and it some times concerns me with a large turn over.
However, if you guys realize how special ADDIE is I would hope you would go above and beyond to maintain her employment. She has been a dream to work with. She listens to any issue I would like her to be on the look out for. She is Aces in my book. Please allow this document to be maintained in her personnel file and give her certain accolades for a job well done.

Our last cleaning was fantastic!! Normally there are 1 or 2 things that get overlooked- not this time. I was very pleased!!

The same cleaning lady comes to my house twice a month, and she's always friendly and works hard. Sometimes a cinnamon-scented product is used, which I love! The few times I've needed to re-schedule or cancel a cleaning, I've always been pleased with the friendliness of the office staff on the phone.

I loved that the products smelled very clean without being overwhelming. The cleaner/cleaners did an excellent job and the rental looked better than it did before I moved in. Will definitely plan to use them for my new home to keep it sparkling :)

The crew did an excellent job of cleaning the house. We had them come to clean after we did a major renovation on the place. They were able to get rid of all the construction dust and mess. Well done!
