The services are professional and done in a respectable amount of time.

I do not necessarily like all of Merry Maids products. Most of the surfaces (counter tops including the bathrooms) have a slight residue that I do not care for. I have signed a waiver for the ladies to use Lemon Pledge Polish on all of our wood surfaces. We like that better than leftover residue.

Casheena is a dream. Again, professional, prompt, cheerful and a pure delight to have in our home.

Excellent service!

Everything was perfect!

It takes a lot of stress off me to have them clean the house and office.

I am very happy with the service that Rachel provides but I am not happy with the pm scheduling that has taken place the last few service trips. Scheduling in the pm does not work for us and if it is to continue in the future, then, the service will have to be rescheduled for another day when am service can be provided. Name removed

I've used Merry Maids in the past. This experience with the initial deep cleaning was a great improvement !! A team of professional ladies came into my home well equipped to clean ceiling fans, side boards, floors and each room. I only had to walk through and show the rooms and we set up with areas will be the target for bi-weekly cleaning. I was asked to evaluate and make sure all areas were taken care of to my satisfaction. One of the ladies will be assigned to my house and I'm looking forward to working with her.
I retired and thought I could handle my house all by myself, but the spider webs, dusting, wall boards and windows didn't seem to get the attention needed. Now I feel better about having a cleaning, nice smelling house !!Thank you, Merry Maids. I'll sacrifice some of my shopping trips for a clean house!

They cleaning team that does my house is fabulous. I like the fact that we have a regular cleaner even though her team mates may change from week to week, Ashley always makes sure things are done the way I like and she knows what my quirks are. Scheduling is a breeze when I need to make a change because family is coming. The new tracking app is a nice feature because I get notified when they are on the way and given an approximate arrival time. All around, Merry Maids takes steps to make the whole process enjoyable

The crew did an excellent job cleaning my empty house for the new owners to move in.

This was just very easy. After a long period of the house not being cleaned (due to family circumstances) Merry Maids just took that weight and did their job in a professional way. Overall, the thoroughness of the very big job was a relief.
