We can't really speak to the products. I have called the office at least twice to ask what was in them and were there chemicals. Each time, my questions were shrugged off, always with the statement of using my own products, etc. Same thing when I asked one of the cleaners who was here. Honestly, you are the ones who are supposed to be taking care of things because people we can't or don't want to. I am astounded that you would ask about the products when you clearly are hiding the ingredients.

I like having our home cleaned every other week by Merry Maids by the same main person. This service has freed me up to be productive in other areas of home upkeep.

I like the flexibility of the scheduling. I can have the option to have a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning. I like the products used in my home, my showers are sooo clean. I had tried to get the stains out, but couldn't but your products get all the stains, mold and mildew. It makes my house smell so good.

Brandy in the office was my first contact after being referred by the nice young lady (sorry I forgot her name) at the Alpharetta office. Brandy was very professional, courteous and helpful and immediately went to work on getting my appointment in. And later she called to confirm the appointment time.
Cassie, the cleaning technician, arrived before time and had the most pleasant personality and strong work ethic I've seen in a long while. I describe what rooms to clean and she did a fantastic job. In fact it was so good I thought for a brief second about keeping the house, LOL.
I would definitely recommend Merry Maid Conyers to anyone in listening distance along with Brandy for such great Customer Service and Cassie for her wonderful attitude and Customer Service in helping the customer set a plan and getting it done. I would always ask for Cassie for any cleaning job I may have where ever it is.

Quick and reliable and friendly.

The service is great. Very prompted response time. My house cleaner is very polite and does a great job. As far as the products go I have no idea. The place was clean so I guess I liked them.

Prompt service, home smelled fresh throughout upstairs and downstairs in the basement.
