We love Kara. She's been cleaning our house for several years now and always does a great job. She's super reliable and we know we are in good hands when she's here.

I like Merry Maids because I don't have to deal with social security and other payroll taxes, I don't have to pay in cash or buy a lot of cleaning supplies.

I've mainly worked w/Luba -- she's very complete. I had other girls who didn't do a great job. I think it's most important to stay consistent w/the same person. If that perosn isn't available, let clients know.

I love coming home to a clean house. Malory is excellent and does a better and more thorough job than any of the other people that have come to our place. Some people don't move anything and simply dust around things, but Malory moves things when she cleans. I like the scents that are used and that they use the murphy soap on the hardwood floors.

I can pretty much count on the quality of service each time it is cleaned.

Doug and his crew did an amazing job. The house smells great and has never been cleaner. They took the time to really deep clean it in a way I never could have.

I just love the surprises when they clean something I hadn't expected. I think making the beds is a nice touch, especially changing the sheets!

The house smells good, but not flowery.
My concern:
I have placed a sign on my front door to remind them to close all drapes and blinds when they leave (they are closed when they arrive). This does not always happen. Sometimes I am gone over night and do not want my drapes open all night. I have shared this with my local office when it happens. However, this is VERY important to me that I have 100% compliance with this request.

Ladies are friendly and efficient. The only downside is scheduling-- I wish I could have a specific day of the week that I could plan around.
