The girls were efficient and did a quality job. I would like to find the product the girls used on my shower door. It did a great job and I have been trying different things, but with no success. The Scrub and Shine, as the girls told me it was called, I can't seem to find in a store. Do you have a recommendation for a similiar product?

I have a great team. Ana and Susie are the reason I am still using Merry Maids. If they leave, I don't know if I will continue. They are the first team to do an outstanding job each and every time. They are also kind and polite.

I like having the same person clean every visit and coming home to a clean house. Chandra is great. Gets the house clean and she is a doll.

The girls are always on time and come in and go right to work. If I have a special request regarding how I want something done, they comply immediately. They are always courteous and eager to please.

the service was exactly as discussed for a one time vacant house clean. Although we had a bid (from a different cleaning company) close to 50% lower than what we paid Merry Maids, we were happy with the licensed, bonded, background checked, insured aspect of your people. You came in with a sufficient crew and the work was done in one day (instead of a whole week as quoted by the other company). I did not worry about getting a call to reschedule the cleaning due to any other circumstances....I knew the crew would be there. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. The old house sparkled and smelled great. The exterior window washing person that you recommended was excellent....so your referral helped us with that project also. Sometimes, you do get what you pay for and in this case....it was well worth it. The house is now ready to market and with the cleanliness we should well recoup the cost of the cleaning.

The women who come into my home from Merry Maids are always warm, responsive and helpful. They listen well to my needs and there is never a problem with last minute requests. The work they do is thorough and my house smells fresh and clean and sparkles when they leave. They greet everyone in the home including our dog Bella who now considers them friends. I always enjoy coming home to that freshly cleaned smell and the sparkly house. They could dust a little better in the bedroom (instead of dusting around things they might actually
pick them up and dust underor at least do a better job of not letting the other dust show)
