I like the little things, that sometimes I'll be surprised by finding the refrigerator has been cleaned. I love it when they change the sheets in my kids beds - that is such a help! They always seem so kind and accommodating in the instances I've been home sick on a day that they came. Just walking into the house seeing it all vacuumed and taken care of is such a huge sigh of relief for me.

The products used are extremely good. My husband and I were cleaning our home weekly using a variety of name brand cleaning products that can't begin to compare with whatever Merry Maids is using. For example, our kitchen floor, which is 15 years old now looks brand new.
