Attention to detail

I like the products. But the gal got a little bleach on one of my towels. But she did a good job cleaning.

I really enjoyed how thoroughly everything was cleaned, and think that changing the sheets on the bed is a very nice touch! Felt like a real deep down clean not just pushing dirt around.

The cleaning teams are generally very thorough. They always put things back the way they found them. A common theme I have found with other cleaning services is that the crews will deliberately move things around to give the impression they've moved them to clean. The Merry Maids teams actually clean, then put everything back - so it doesn't make extra work for me. Very happy.
