The staff is professional from the person scheduling to the person cleaning. I receive a text message to let me know when the cleaning staff person will arrive, and I receive a written report after the cleaning to let me know which services i have received. Everyone is very friendly and good at their jobs. I am always happy when I come home to a beautifully clean house!

Personality the staff cannot be beat.....The last time I was really sick, but did not want to cancel their service date. BUT, suffering with an illiness and fibromyalagia led me to not check after service, however most time I never do. BUT this time there was two new people. Whomever cleaned the master bathroom did not put the mats back on the floor. One of the mats is the length and one half wide and a small one in front of the sink. BOTH were left on the hall cedar chest half folded, (boy) was I not smiling. Of course I know it was simply a forget act by one of them. (Which we all are known of doing at some time or another) I WILL NOT EVER WANT TO DROP THE SERVICE OF MERRY MAID. i CAN COUNT THE TIMES OF NOT BEING PLEASED ON LESS THAN ONE HALF HAND of all the years of service. Please do not over speak/harshly to the ladies. Thank you. First name removed

Clean house and friendly

I liked the girls. They were considerate of my mom who is in home hospice care. There were a few spots I noticed needed attention. They responded to my requests with a smile. I am very picky. If they can please me, they can please anyone. I was very pleased with their work. Thanks Alexia and Danika!
