Friendly staff.
There was a musty smell in the home once the old tenants had moved out. The cabinets and most of the rooms were in rough shape. Our cleaning lady did a fantastic job cleaning all the floors,walls, cabinets, and everything we asked. On top of that, the smell was virtually gone. We were very pleased with the service. The lady was also very courteous and kind.

Having the same associate on a regular basis is very important to me. Being able to just point the associate in the right direction, and not walk every new associate through my home is a big selling factor for me. Jeannie is an outstanding associate and she cares for my home like it was her home. However, everyone that has been sent to my home have also been very courteous, efficient and friendly.
