The staff is friendly, reliable, efficient and competent. The staff is open to minor additional requests in line with the services rendered. While the company provides the products and equipment, it is flexible if you have specific products that you want them to use.

It checks all the boxes. They’re dependable, they do a great job, and handle the little changes you need from week to week. Most of the time they just have to change one bed in my house but there are times when the whole families come to visit and there are seven beds to change. They’re very flexible.

The employees arrive on time. They are professional and friendly. They clean very well and are willing to take suggestions. The cleaning products seem to be fine. But, I have requested certain specialty products to be used and that is not a problem. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend it.

You are dependable. I always ask my housekeeper to use my Bruce laminated hardwood floor cleaner spray. Your floor solution is much too wet and leaves a dull finish. House always smells fresh when they finish. Do you have a standard way to make a bed? Or should I share my bed making technique?

The work was professionally and efficiently done. I was very pleased with the results.

All of the ladies we have had are very kind and they do a thorough job. I know longer stress over having a clean house because my house is spotless and gleaming when they leave my home. I don't know what type of products that they are using but everything is clean and shining.

The products are environmentally friendly. I receive texts to remind me of date of cleaning;; however, they work with me if I need schedule change. They send an evaluation form after each cleaning. Of course, the most important factor is that the ladies do a thorough job and appear to enjoy what they do.

Makes my life easier comes and I don’t have to be there. Coming home to a clean house is soo pleasant.

Friendly cleaners and good job done

My house actually shined after the service, my hardwood floor felt so good too my naked feet, the carpet on my steps and in the bedroom looked so fresh and clean, the shower stall was squeaky clean, the granite in my kitchen was so shiny...I clean but I have never reached that level of clean and shine. The ladies who came to my home we walked through the rooms with me, we discussed the rooms that were too be cleaned. They ladies were so very nice and considerate...very pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend. Also let me say, that ladies in the office were very nice and considerate, no high pressure. Our contact person was Michelle and I need to say how good she is also.
