Very Dependable and Reliable. I trust the service. I never feel a bit uncomfortable if no one is at home during cleaning. When I am at home, everyone is so nice and polite. If there is ever a problem or I have a question, I just email. The response time is incredible. All in all just a pleasure to work with Merry Maids.

Services are customized to your needs, big jobs vs. small jobs. They are very helpful when answering questions about their services. They do an exceptional job at cleaning my house so far.

I just have one critique. My Merry Maids don't hand dust anything. They dust table tops with their dusting wand but I've been watching a few items in my bathroom that are incredibly dusty. I kept thinking it would get cleaned during the special, but we had the special on the bath last week and the dust still lives on. Just a complaint from someone who never complains. Oh and I'd like a permanent Merry Maid. I've called and asked for Deborah and Brenda but haven't seen them since. I did have Brenda with another, perhaps Tammy.

I will say I've been a customer for many years. And overall I am well pleased with my service. Thank you.
