Getting different people coming to help every two weeks causes me to have to retrain a new person each time. It would be nice to have the same person each time. I enjoyed Natalie Murillo. She did a great job. The next lady, Kayce- did a good job but did not vacuum all of the rugs. I was surprised by that. She is new.

We have only been disappointed in our cleaning one time. All of the other cleanings we have had have been from good to great. Kelly Butler did an awesome job the two times she did our cleaning. I understand she was promoted and I wish her much success in the job assignment she now has. On a whole, we are satisfied with Merry Maids.

My house always looks great after a cleaning. Great price. Everyone is very friendly. My only complaint is that we're supposed to have the early morning cleaning time, but we rarely see anyone until later in the morning and it's hard to work around that schedule when we don't know when they're going to show up.

I feel comfortable having Merry Maids in my home, even when I'm not there. (And my dog likes them too!)

Attention to detail ! I don't have to remind anyone to pleas do this or that !!!!!

The Merry Maids on the whole do an excellent job, are friendly and hard working. The only "complaint" I have had in the recent past is the product that was used in my master bathroom shower that was clearly marked "Not to be used on natural stone or marble!" I discovered that when I asked to see the bottle of cleaner, the maid at the time was unaware of the labeling caution. I would suggest a little more training in this matter. Since that visit, to my knowledge, that product has not been used. Overall, I am very happy with the service.
