The products are fine. Last cleaning, a few places did not get vacuumed. It could have been
because the first girl that came got sick, and 2 girls came and it was later when they came.
I was not enough to have them come back, but some times they do not moved things on the floor that need to be vacuumed under. Some of the girls do better than others.
I can't do it because of my back and it is nice to have someone to clean.

I like Merry Maids' top-down approach to cleaning--ceiling to floor-- and the use of natural cleaning products like hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. I also appreciate the human touch of the first sheet of toilet paper folded into a little triangle, the fresh smell of orange after a room is cleaned and the note card left on a table or counter saying "thanks and here's where I spent extra time cleaning this visit." I like Merry Maids in my home for their personal presence as well as their service.

Your people have been thorogh and clean very good. All products used have been excellent. There has only been one time since I started with Merry Maids that I was displeased with the cleaning. All other times I have been extremely pleased and would highly recommend Merry Maids.
