Your products seem to work well, but they all have such heavy scents and fumes that we had to quit using them. I now provide my own products, which is okay with me.Odor free and less chemical should certainly be something that a company as big as yours should be thinking about. More environmentally safe products.

Staff very thorough and friendly and professional

The deep cleaning was awesome. The two ladies who did my cleaning were very thorough . Best cleaning ladies I've ever had.

The thing I like the most about Merry Maids is the people! The lovely ladies that have been co ming to my home for many years now have never failed to leave it in beautiful company-ready shape. They are always concerned that I feel they are doing a good job as they take such pride in their work. The ladies in the office are always attentive to my thoughts. I have to admit I have only needed to call in to reschedule because of conflicts and I think that has only been about 3-4 times. Great people!!

You provided very good service. Jenny worked very hard at doing deep cleaning. I do think you should send two people to do this work. It took much more time with one person doing the job. Also it would have saved me having to spend so much for the extra time. Two people could have done this in half the time. However I will hopefully use your service again. Thank you, Name removed

The service is good, but it is just a little too complicated to schedule a visit when it suits my needs. I do not like having to wait until the day before the visit to get the time. The ladies work very hard and do a good job. I am very sensitive to chemicals and they are willing to use my products when possible to avoid the chemical smells and they still do a good job. It is very nice to have the housework done so I can do the laundry and such and still have some free time. Should have done this when I was working!
