Ladies arrive to clean about the same time every time - I can plan the rest of my day around them. They do a very good job cleaning - with Maria and co-worker there is never a "surprise" because they don't clean something. Plus they're very patient with the animals my cats bring in and leave.

I am not aware of the products used, however.
But, there time for our requwsted appointment was set up for 9 am and the team showed up at approximately 9:20 am. They were abke to complete service by 10:30 am in order for my husband to leave for his job.

When we have a team that comes on a regular basis they become familiar with our home which makes it a more thorough cleaning. The products don't have any offensive odors and seem to do a good job.

I love coming home to a clean house that doesn't smell like chemicals. So whatever products you use I like. I still miss the lemon oil or whatever it is you use to use years ago. Loved having a lemony smelling house. Ladies did a great job cleaning and I thank them very much.

The staff in the office is very friendly and accommodating. I deal mainly with Yvette and she has always been super helpful and she makes me feel like a valued client. The wonderful girls that come into my home, Maria and Patty, are always prompt and come with a cheerful attitude. They work hard and treat my home with respect. When they leave, the house is always so clean and I can tell they have paid attention to the work they have provided.

The ladies do a very good job every week cleaning my house. I'm pleased with their work. I don't however like the clorox-smell that remains in the bathroom.
