I hired Merry Maids after having a different service clean my house previously for three years. I could immediately tell the difference when I walked into my house. The mirrors were cleaned better and the furniture was actually polished. The ladies that came the day of cleaning, asked me about some of my concerns. I also like how the cleaners leave a status card for you and let you know who cleaned what in your house.

Coming home to a immaculate house has taken a lot of pressure off of me since I commute over 600 miles a week. It is fantastic

Prompt, efficient, friendly

I like the counter/granite cleaner. I like to stay away from bleach smells. I also do not like product on my wood floors. In the past my wood floors look great as long as I do not see Murphys Oil on it, etc..

I didn't see what products were used, but what ever they used did the job. I was very happy with the results.

No strong smells. Everything looks and smells clean. The vacume they use is amazing.

Just would appreciate a little more attention to little things like wiping in between washer and dryer when they do the floor instead of a defined dirty line; occassionally the person who does the bathroom doesn't pick up the waste basket and there are items back behind it on the floor. Probably fill in help. Usually they do a great job, efficient and fast. I so look forward to coming home the day they clean.

The girls try very hard to please and do a good job. I still feel like "Pledge" type dusting products are the best. The hardwood floors do glisten when they clean them.
