Merry Maids has far exceeded my expectations!! I was so impressed with the attention to the details of cleaning my home. The products they use make my home feel so very clean. The first time they came, everything was so very clean, and my home smelled fresh without the use of the airfresheners I had plugged in. The cleaning supplies smelled better. I was surprised they took out the trash and used their own trash bags!! I sincerely appreciate all of the work and care that they put into cleaning my home.

Camerina does an excellent job. My house is spotless! She even got my dog back into the kitchen before she left.

Promptness and efficiency

Camarena, our regular Merry Maid, does an outstanding job. She very often is on her own but still does a thorough cleaning. The office staff is also helpful and it is nice to have a phone call stating the approximate time the crew will arrive.

just one minor complain --- your employees need to put items as they were before they started cleaning. they moved things to do their job but left everything where they moved items to.

I like the fact that when I come home to a nice clean house there is no chemical smell. So whatever products you use are great. I do miss the lemon spray (or whatever it was) that you use to do years ago. I appreciate that your staff will work with me if I need to change my appointment. Something I try not to do, but things happen. Everyone is great and I really enjoy having Merry Maids come. I have recommended them to friends.
