Merry Maids of Gilroy are amazing. They notify me the before they are arriving, the time they are arriving and when they are on their way. They are always professional, thorough and courteous. My house is left clean and tidy and smells wonderful.

Things were great. The house looked amazing afterwards. There were only 2 things I noticed after the maids left.
1. They left the things from the bathroom counters on top of our clean towels in the cabinets instead of putting them back on the counters.
2. They put the trash they emptied from inside the house in the yard waste bin.
Other than that, the maids were friendly, helpful and did a great job with the deep clean. Thank you.

The office operations manager is very responsive and helpful. She is quick to help with scheduling and questions. I am very pleased with Yvette’s costumer service it’s very clear she is dedicated and good at her job. The maid service has been very efficient and the ladies we have met are always friendly and helpful.

The cleaner were very polite and kind as they cleaned my house. When I came home every room was clean and looked perfect.

They did a deep clean on the house and were so thorough with everything! The place was sparkling after which was great. The best part though was their service, the team was nice but Yvette was even nicer. Great customer service!
