I find Merry Maids to be flexible regarding changes to our schedule, the quality of work is as we discussed with special requests completed when needed. The cleaning personnel are professional but very tolerant of my dog and piles of paperwork. They have also been very comforting through many years of illness and operations. Also follow up after the clean to obtain feedback and make any changes to satisfy my expectations. Overall a good team who satisfy my professional requirements at all management levels. The products they use work well. We are thoroughly pleased with their service and would be terribly upset to lose them.
