It gives me a feeling of freedom and confidence to know that twice a month my house will be cleaned thoroughly, that I will not have to "re-do" anything, and that I have complete trust in the person who is here. While I have a few products that I have chosen to be used, the others used by Merry Maids are very much to my liking.

Prompt, attentive to requests. The only preference about the products that I have is that I like for my home to "smell cleaned" that is why I ask Nicole to use Pine Sol on my kitchen and bathroom floors. Otherwise, I could not be more pleased with her and the service.

Mrs. Sandra (the lady who cleans our house) is wonderful! She is very thorough in cleaning our house and does it quickly and efficiently. She has such a good work ethic and has a smile on her face when she comes in the mornings.

I like that the cleaning time accommodates my schedule. Most importantly, Nicole is willing to work around my 3 dogs and even remembers from week to week about closing bedroom doors, as I asked the first time that she came. She also mops my floors with Pine Sol that I leave out and the Clorox Clean Up I leave out for my kitchen counters. All said, I am pleased with your company but most importantly I am very pleased with Nicole.
