The green products are nice and pleasant to the nose. The response to concerns is wonderful and the cleaning crews appear to make an effort to put things back the way they were after cleaning. I would recommend giving your customers a visual checklist in the folder upon the inital cleaning. I think this could help them know what services they are paying for and if an area needs more work, it can be relayed in a specific manner.
