I have lived in my house for over 14 years with a heavy smoker. Recently he has moved out and I want to get my home back in order. Some rooms have recently been painted, so they no longer smell like smoke, but the whole house was in need of a major dusting and baseboard, etc. cleaning. I was so pleasantly pleased and surprised when I arrived home after two wonderful women spent the whole day at my house to see it looking better than it probably ever has. I can't even being to tell you how this has made me fall back in love with my house and I look forward to Merry Maids keeping me feeling this way.

I felt that Merry Maids did an excellent job cleaning our home. We have 3 dogs so it is not an easy house to keep clean. The staff arrived on time and worked very hard. When they were through, you would never no that we had pets. Everything was sparkling clean. I already recommended you to my neighbor.

I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail when cleaning the "deep cleaning" rooms. I am also very displeased with having someone different come to the house to clean each time. I requested initially, when signing the contract to have the same folks come to clean as reasonable possible, recognizing that there would be times that is not possible. After about 8 cleanings the range would be the same 2 people to up to 16 different people and we are most definitely at 10+ different folks, this is unacceptable. I have spoken to the office several times regarding this and there does not seem to be any improvement. To say the least, I am very disappointed.
